Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 November 2026

These terms apply to the Pulto mobile app, published by ProTech Solutions Group MMC ("we"). By using Pulto you agree to them. If you downloaded Pulto from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.

What Pulto does

Pulto sends remote control commands to your TV over your local network. It needs a compatible TV on the same Wi-Fi as your phone. The first connection must be approved on the TV. Features differ by TV: some models do not share their app or input list, and some cannot be switched on over the network. TV makers can change their software, and this can affect how Pulto works.

Acceptable use

Use Pulto only with TVs you own or are allowed to control. Do not reverse engineer the app or use it to break the law.

Third parties

Pulto is independent and is not affiliated with any TV maker. Brand names are used only to describe compatibility. The free plan shows ads from third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.

No warranty

Pulto is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will work with every TV or without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
