Pulto can't find my TV
- Turn the TV on and check that it is on the same Wi-Fi as your phone.
- Guest networks and VPNs usually block the connection. Turn the VPN off and leave the guest network.
- On iPhone, open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Local Network, and switch on Pulto.
- Add the TV by IP address. You can find it on the TV under Settings, Network, Status.
Roku
Open Settings, System, Advanced system settings, Control by mobile apps, and choose Enabled.
Fire TV
Open Settings, My Fire TV, About. Highlight the device name and press Select 7 times. Go back, open Developer Options and turn on ADB Debugging. Connect from Pulto, then tick Always allow on the TV. Some of the newest Fire TV sticks do not offer this setting.
LG
In Network settings, turn on LG Connect Apps. To switch the TV on from your phone, open General, Mobile TV On, and allow turning on over Wi-Fi.
Samsung
If the TV asks for permission every time, open Device Connection Manager in the TV settings and set Access Notification to First Time Only.
Restoring Pulto Pro
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.
Cancelling a subscription
Cancel in your App Store account settings, or in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
