PultoPrivacy Policy

Pulto is published by ProTech Solutions Group MMC ("we"). This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the Pulto mobile app.
The short version
Pulto has no account, no sign-up and no server of ours. Remote commands go straight from your phone to your TV over your home network and never reach us. The free plan shows ads, and the advertising SDK collects the data listed below. If you have Pulto Pro, the advertising SDK is not started.
Data that stays on your phone
- The TVs you saved, their names and network addresses.
- Pairing keys issued by your TVs, stored in the secure storage of your phone (Keychain on iPhone, Keystore on Android).
- Your settings, your recent text searches in the keyboard screen, and your plan status.
We do not receive this data. Forgetting a TV in the app removes its details and its pairing key from your phone.
Local network access
Pulto asks for local network access to find and control TVs on your Wi-Fi. It only talks to devices on that network to identify TVs and to send them your commands. We do not collect a list of the devices on your network.
Advertising (free plan)
The free plan uses Google AdMob, a service of Google. Google may collect the following through its SDK, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention:

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, Pulto shows Google's consent form before the first ad. On iPhone, Pulto explains tracking and then shows Apple's tracking prompt. If you refuse, you still see ads, but they are not personalized. Pulto works the same either way. You can change your choice in your phone's settings. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
The free plan also promotes our own apps. These promotions are built into Pulto and collect nothing.
Purchases
Pulto Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google processes your payment. We do not receive your card details. The app only learns whether you have an active plan.
Children
Pulto is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
